JOURNEY INTO POWER
A heated, vinyasa-style practice based on the Baptiste Yoga sequence Journey Into Power. This is the foundational practice from which we source our specialized class types.

ADAPTATION
Based on our Adaptation 300-Hour Yoga teacher training, participants learn to customize their yoga practice. The instructor approaches this Journey Into Power class through close attention to physical and energetic alignment based detail.

INTEGRATION
This is our slow flow approach to Journey Into Power. Appropriate for all levels and appreciated by beginners and those who desire a less physically demanding practice. There are no chaturanga in this class type.

RESTORATIVE
A restorative yoga style utilizing yoga props for support in long-held poses. Each session is a unique exploration of 5-10 poses from the Journey Into Power Sequence.

MEDITATION
Quiet the mind, center the body, and reconnect with the present moment. Meditation may offer breath work, gentle awareness techniques, or mindfulness practices to help you cultivate inner peace and clarity. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice.

PRIVATE SESSION
Work one-on-one with an experienced Evolution teacher to learn yoga basics, including asanas, alignment, personal modifications, hands-on adjustments, injury prevention, therapeutics, restorative practices, breathing exercises, yoga philosophy, and meditation.
